Fees For Sellers
Selling your home can be a timely and complicated process – especially when handling negotiations and contracts. See below for our fixed fee and more information on the process:
NOTE: A typical conveyance of residential property will total $1,780.00 (costs and disbursements). For costs on selling commercial property or rural property, contact our office for a quote. A part payment of $550 plus expenses and GST is payable on preparation of the contract.
What are Disbursements?
Disbursements are out of pocket expenses incurred by us in completing your conveyance. They include:
- Documents to be attached to the contract such as:
- Title search
- Deposited Plan/Strata Plan
- Any dealings
- Section 10.7(2) certificate
- Drainage Diagrams
- Office expenses (e.g. postage/photocopying/telephone etc)
We work closely with your real estate agent to ensure your transaction runs smoothly from preparation of the contract to settlement.
