NOTE: A typical conveyance of residential property will total $1,200.00 (costs and disbursements). For costs on selling commercial property or rural property, contact our office for a quote.
What are Disbursements?
Disbursements are out of pocket expenses incurred by us in completing your conveyance. They include:
- Documents to be attached to the contract such as:
- Title search
- Deposited Plan/Strata Plan
- Any dealings
- Section 149 certificate
- Drainage Diagram
- Agent’s settlement fees
- Office expenses (e.g. postage/photocopying/telephone etc)
